The Beach

My parents started taking me to the beach when I was a year and half old. I fell in love with the ocean and the beach. It’s not terribly important where the beach is, because it is more of an experience than a place . . . the ocean, the sand, and the sun. The Florida panhandle beaches with their fine white sand and clear emerald ocean are my favorite. The only negative points of any of my beach experiences are seaweed (icky to wade through) and jellyfish (they sting).

If you like shells, the Gulf Beaches are better places to find them. The one place I didn’t go when I stayed at Fort Myers Beach was Sanibel Island. From articles I’ve read, it’s The Place to find shells. Hope to make it back to that area some day.

There are no links for any of the following beachs. If you Google any one of them, you’ll find plenty to choose from.
